Let us count it all joy to share in the burden of our Lord and so share
in the vows of compassion. It secures our inheritance in the pure land
and brings all beings closer to the Divine.
So shall a wedding garment be furnished and a place at the Lords table
be set for us in the kingdom of heaven.
This is the pearl of our becoming and the key to understanding.
Tis hard for us to rouse our
spirits up; It is the human creative agony. Though but to hold the heart
an empty cup, Or tighten on the team the regid reign. Many would rather
lie among the slain; Than creep through the narrow ways the light to
gain, Than wake the will and be born bitterly.
But we who would be born again indeed, Must wake our souls unnumbered
times a day, And urge ourselves to life with holy greed. Now open our
bosoms to the winds free play, and now, with patsience forceful, hard,
lie still; Submiss and ready to the making will, Athirst and empty, for
God's breath to fill.
One who sees with perfect insight the separate patterns as well as their
complete inter-relationships, sees the one reality and understands the
one unity; and "it is very good". This is known as the beatific vision;
yet, thoughts about God, are not God altogether, and feelings of God are
not God entirely. It is the direct experience of communion with God that
awakens us.
In all of this we never lose sight of the Lord’s sacrifice of
compassion, for Christ is the doorway to heaven..
Those trials in life seemingly without answer, are the Koans ( Zen
parodoxical sayings ) of living. For it is anxiety that drives us to
seek the Lord, and the Spirit, in deeper and more profound ways; with
our hearts, minds, and intuitions surrendering in conversion.
And then, when pressed with burdens and
troubles too complicated to put into words and too mysterious to tell or
understand, how sweet it is to fall back into His blessed arms, and just
sob out the sorrow that we cannot speak!
Blessed are thou, O child of God, who sufferest,
And canst not understand
The reason for thy pain, yet gladly leavest
Thy life in His blest Hand.
Yea, blessed art thou whose faith is "not offended"
By trials unexplained,
By mysteries unsolved, past understanding,
Until the goal is gained.
God Works in the Dark "The Lord caused the sea to go back…all that
night" (Exod. 14:21). In this verse there is a comforting message
showing how God works in the dark. The real work of God for the children
of Israel, was not when they awakened and found that they could get over
the Red Sea; but it was "all that night."
And so we can just pour out the fullness of our heart, the burden of our
spirit, the sorrow that crushes us, and know that He hears, He loves, He
understands, He receives; and He separates from our prayer all that is
imperfect, ignorant and wrong, and presents the rest, with the incense
of the great High Priest, before the throne on high; and our prayer is
heard, accepted and answered in His name.
For the whole creation travaileth together to be born into that glorious
liberty of the children of God. This life is our birth; its pain our
mothers labor.
The world of the seen is the shadow of the invisible and in it we serve
a spiritual apprenticeship for, until the eyes of the soul are strong
enough to endure the light, we move darkly through the shadow of things
seeking and learning and so gathering experience - as children gather
faggots in the forest - which serves as fuel to that spark of
realization which sets free the unsuspected fire and thereby illuminates
the spiritual perspectives of our soul's habitation. And thus it is that
the great empire of experience contains its visible and invisible
kingdoms and realization in one kingdom is related to realization in
another in the same manner as that in which beacons kindled upon
hilltops are related in one rhythmic sequence of illumination. Hope
itself is like a star-- not to be seen in the sunshine of prosperity,
and only to be discovered in the night of adversity. Afflictions are
often the black folds in which God doth set the jewels of His children's
graces, to make them shine the better.
when dragons hold pearls they are called Pearls of Wisdom. "Throughout
history, the pearl has enchanted and delighted seekers of beauty,
rarity, wealth, and power. But the pearl's mystique goes far beyond
jewelry as personal adornment. Treasured by royalty, stolen by pirates,
and hoarded in secret dragon lairs, the promise of the pearl and its
legendary mystical, restorative, and healing powers have ignited
imaginations for centuries. "The Chinese traditionally believe that
pearls fall to earth when dragons fight in the clouds above during
storms, and dragons are often depicted holding a prized pearl in their
mouth or claws as a symbol of immortality, magic, and luck. In India the
pearl was used for healing and protection, and in feudal Japan pearls
were prescribed for healing, longevity, and in love potions. Diana, the
Roman goddess of the moon and wild magic, was also the goddess of
pearls. During the Middle Ages gallant knights often wore pearls onto
the battlefield for protection. And in Hawaii, the pearl was one of the
body forms of Hina, goddess of the moon and the ocean, and of Kanaloa,
god of the ocean and healing." This miraculous living gift from the
sea--the only gemstone to be produced by a living entity--is the
creation of beauty from adversity, art from irritation. It illustrates
that even the worst and most painful invasion can become something of
healing artistry. The pearl is a glowing example of a mortal threat
transformed into magnificence. As human beings, we know pain and
suffering in wondrous variety. We all experience adversity and
irritation, loss and anguish. We may encounter failure, death, divorce,
and disease. But like the oyster, we can learn to embrace these
experiences, recognizing the transformational opportunities they
present. The oyster coats the surface of an irritant with layer upon
layer of pearly nacre, each layer microscopically thin. The layers are
applied in sections, like the leaves of a cabbage, that grow around the
nucleus of the pearl. The edges of the leaves are jagged and overlap.
This microscopic layering is so fine that fingers feel only a satiny
smoothness, the eye cannot perceive the rough edges. The memories of our
lives are layered like the nacre of a pearl, petals of a flower, rings
of a tree. These overlapping layers contain the knowledge and learning
of each experience. They shape and form us. They smooth the jagged edges
of our difficult times. In this way, the nucleus of our pain begins to
integrate with the rest of our selves, the irritant journeys a little
deeper inside us, but becomes less painful. Like the pearl, our beauty
is formed of life’s obstacles. The experiences of our lives, both
thrilling and challenging, surround the core of our being. It isn’t
always easy to find anything positive in the hardships we endure, but in
time, beauty is often revealed. Each challenge is our nucleus for
creation, each victorious work of art another pearl on our path.
Transformation occurs again and again in our growing process. Every
incident, every emotion, every success, every sorrow, becomes another
layer of our development. Our pain, which can be unspeakably intense and
sometimes debilitating, brings the lessons we never forget. They are
imprinted deeply in our core, helping us to better weather future
provocations. Like the pearl, a solitary creation in the body of the
oyster, the soul’s journey, the spirit’s adventure, is individual; we
are essentially alone as we grow in richness and wisdom. As we grow
older, wiser, more able to look with insight at the adversities of our
lives, the universe offers up new and deeper levels of learning.
Sometimes we find ourselves confronting an old wound we thought had
already been healed. But when it reappears, we can see it from a new
angle, which allows us to realize a more profound lesson. The pain may
become less, and yet the awareness can become even more complete. I’ve
come to firmly believe that none of us will be dealt pain any larger
than we can handle. If the adversities seem huge, it is because God or
the universe has decided that we are now able to deal with lessons of a
much larger magnitude. The pearl is a glowing, living reminder that we
can make adversity into part of ourselves. Layering iridescent
experiences upon the colorful challenges of our life, we culture our
soul. As we become aware of the many ways to respond to pain and
hardship, we note that some paths are more difficult than others. Some
people fixate on the pain, keeping it fresh in their minds, for months,
years, even decades. Others take small irritations and blow them way out
of proportion, making them larger irritations. Complaining about ordeals
endured will result in a life overshadowed by unending dissatisfaction.
But when we integrate what we have learned from the challenges we have
overcome, we can then celebrate them as blessings and further grow and
evolve. When we have enough distance, we may ask, "What is there to
learn from all of this?" And we discover ways in which the irritant
reveals an opening into new arenas of knowledge. We use the lessons
learned from each obstacle to become deeper and wiser human beings.
These events then become the building blocks of an ever more satisfying
life’s journey. How many of us are able to take a challenge, and find
the gift in it--actually turn it into something positive? This is what
the pearl can teach us--to honor our strength and flexibility, to find
our own beauty in the inner power it takes to bounce back rather than
break apart. We surround irritations with a flow of blessings, a
spiritual nacre, and we then use those experiences to create new pearls.
Our lives stretch out ahead of us, a path showing the journey ahead. The
Tao, the Way, faith, dharma, the adventure--many words have been used to
describe this embarkation into the unknown. We prepare as best we can
drawing on experiences from childhood, what we've learned in school, and
other life experiences that have helped us develop our personal code of
ethics and morals. We make choices along the way about where to live,
who to be friends with, who to fall in love with, whether to marry or
have children. And through the twists and turns of our journey we make
career choices to help us achieve success in the world. Our path leads
us in and out of danger, in and out of sunlight and joy. Along the way
we learn many things, and teachers and guides appear to help us along.
Sometimes the path forks, and for a time we take a more painful route,
one that might have appeared easier but holds even more opportunities to
learn. We follow the path unfailingly through our lives, to the mystery
beyond. The path is strewn with the gems and pearls of our lives, loves,
joys, successes, and achievements, and also littered with the debris of
our broken dreams and broken hearts. But even those broken dreams may
hold alluring beauty, for all of life is wondrous and magical,
containing secrets and hidden wisdom. All of life is an opportunity to
learn. The hardest times bring the most profound lessons, the biggest
irritants can form the largest pearls. That is the way life instructs
us, changes us. If we remain open to the experience and open our hearts
and minds to learn from life’s hardships, it is then possible to see the
challenge itself as a precious gift, a treasure--a pearl. Pearls of
Wisdom: The world is what you think it is. Pain and suffering, or art
and beauty. How do you choose to see the challenges in your life? Our
thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes determine the results of those tests we
face every day. We may not control the events of our lives, but we have
power over the way we perceive them--and how we respond to them as well.
If you want to see the irritant as something that ruins your life, it
will be so. If you see it as a seed for the creation of something new
and beautiful, that is what you will manifest. When change happens,
there are only two possible responses: acceptance or resistance. But
does resistance ever make circumstances go back to the way they were
before? Or make anything better? Let the challenges be the seeds of the
exquisite pearls of your life.
Whenever we grow, we
usually need to let go of emotional attachments. Letting go can be
painful. Sometimes growth allows us to deal with fear. All fear can fit
into two categories: one, we're going to lose something we have, and
two, we're not going to get something we want. Both of these categories
can cause pain. The best way to grow is to pray to the Great Spirit and
ask Him to guide and protect us. All growth is guided by God.
There is what is called the "cushion of
the sea." Down beneath the surface that is agitated by storms, and
driven about with winds, there is a part of the sea that is never
stirred. When we dredge the bottom and bring up the remains of animal
and vegetable life we find that they give evidence of not having been
disturbed in the least, for hundreds and thousands of years. The peace
of God is that eternal calm which, like the cushion of the sea, lies far
too deep down to be reached by any external trouble and disturbance; and
he who enters into the presence of God, becomes partaker of that
undisturbed and undisturbable calm.
The Black Dragon Pool Chapel, near Peking, was reserved for the Empress
and her court. her beauty was the beauty of the moonlight shining
through the leafy branches of the trees in the wood, and making little
pools of silver here and there on the soft green moss below
The Great Goddess who dwelt in the
sacred black aniconic stone was given the title Shayba by the Arabic-Aramaen
people. Shayba represented the Moon in its threefold aspect - waxing,
(maiden), full (pregnant mother), and waning (old wise woman or crone).
Within the Black Pearl of Wisdom is the answer to the mystery of evil;
the moon ecllipses the sun revealing the great heart of love hidden in
the darkness, shining in perfect harmony. This is the Beauty of God
amongst you, and the power of His/Her sovereignty within you, could ye
but understand." In this life wisdom and growth come with learning and
pain.. Time and chance happen to everyone, yet through this, we find
harmony in the faith that nothing is lost to the author of salvation,
and that there is no wound that our Lord and Lady cannot heal..
If I go up to the heavens you are
there;
If I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.
Psalm 139: 8-10
"Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your
understanding.
Even as the stone of the fruit must break, that its heart may
stand in the sun, so must you know pain.
And could you keep your heart in wonder at the daily miracles of
your life,
your pain would not seem less wondrous than your joy;
And you would accept the seasons of your heart, even as you have
always accepted the seasons that pass over your fields.
And you would watch with serenity through the winters of your
grief.
Much of your pain is self chosen,
It is the bitter potion by which the physician within you heals
your sick self.
Therefore trust the physician, and drink his remedy in silence and
tranquility:
For his hand, though heavy and hard, is guided by the tender hand
of the Unseen,
And the cup he brings, though it burn your lips, has been
fashioned of the clay which the Potter has moistened with His own
sacred tears."
~ Kahlil Gibran, from "The Prophet"
The Psalmist says, "I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined
unto me, and heard my cry." And what He did for the Old Testament
saints He will do for believers throughout all ages.
Still God often keeps us waiting. Face to face with threatening foes,
in the midst of alarms, encircled by perils, beneath the impending rock.
May we not go? Is it not time to strike our tents? Have we not suffered
to the point of utter collapse? May we not exchange the glare and heat
for green pastures and still waters?
There is no answer. The cloud tarries, and we must remain, though
sure of manna, rock-water, shelter, and defense. God never keeps us at
post without assuring us of His presence, and sending us daily supplies.
Few persons are called, as St. Mary Magdalene was, to the vocation of
sacrificial suffering along with Christ. But we are all called on to
suffer in Christ to a certain degree, as our share in His act of
redemption. As St. Paul wrote to the Colossian Christians, "Even now I
find my joy in the suffering I endure for you. In my own flesh I fill up
what is lacking in the sufferings of Christ for the sake of His body,
the Church." (I, 24)
Magdalene, are you thinking of the gentle man
Who turned your life around
Magdalene. did he leave you any reason to go on
Magdalene, does it make it any better That you know he really loved you
Magdalene, all your sins have been forgiven, and he's gone.
Magdalene, did he give you back the freedom
To be something you believe in
Magdalene, are you strong enough to make it on your own
Magdalene, I believe he loved you deeper
Than you ever dreamed of loving
Magdalene, and nobody ever left you so alone.
Oh, Magdalene ...
Magdalene, are the shadows in the stillness
Of the evening full of tears
Do you wonder how much sorrow you can hold
Are you haunted by the ghost of something
Gone but not forgotten
Will it fill the empty silence when you're old.
Magdalene, are you thinking of the gentle man
Who turned your life around
Magdalene. did he leave you any reason to go on
Magdalene, I believe he loved you deeper
Than you ever dreamed of loving
Magdalene, all your sins have been forgiven, and he's gone.
"Magdalene" by Kris Kristofferson
But the knowledge of the divinity which the Spirit of God possesses is a
knowledge that gives life. This knowledge of the Spirit of God is not a
merely intellectual knowledge: it is fundamentally a knowledge of will
and of love. Indeed, the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father and from
the Son by way of will, in the mutual love of one for the other. That's
why the Lord Jesus says, addressing his Father: "This is eternal life,
that they know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast
sent." (Jn. 17:3) This what Saint John says in other words, in his
epistle:
"Beloved, let us love one another; for love is of God, and he who loves
is born of God and knows God." (1 Jn. 4:7)
"Have you learned to love?" is a question faced in the course of the
episode by almost all people who have experienced near death
experiences. Upon their return, almost all of them say that love is the
most important thing in life. Many say it is why we are here. Most find
it the hallmark of happiness and fulfillment, with other values paling
beside it.
The great biblical tradition says that loving God and loving one's
neighbor are not two separate actions but two sides of the same action.
It was the prophet Amos who bore witness to the fact that divine worship
is nothing but human justice being offered to God and human justice is
nothing but divine worship being lived out. It was the First Epistle of
John that warned us that one cannot love God without loving one's
neighbor and to suggest otherwise is to be "a liar." It was Jesus
himself to whom the words are attributed that his purpose is to bring
life and to bring it abundantly. To be a disciple of Jesus means a
dedication to being a life giver, a life enhancer to all people at all
times and under all circumstances. Finally, in the parable of the
Judgment in Matthew 25, the entire basis of salvation is said to be not
the way one believes, that is to creeds, doctrines and dogma but whether
or not one serves the Christ who is to be seen in the faces of the poor,
the hu ngry, the naked, the imprisoned and the sick.
Some of us are here to die young and teach us through the searing
heartbreak of great loss, others to live long and instruct us through
wisdom. But no matter what role we are playing, we are all enacting a
part in that one great spiritual destiny, which is to remember our
eternal essence and move toward ultimate union. When you recognize this,
you will see that each person has been brought to you with an elegant
purpose, that each soul has come to touch your soul and teach it, that
each relationship exists to hasten your own soul's awakening. No longer
is anyone a stranger; no longer can any of your relationships be seen as
failures or mistakes. In the light of the spirit, when we realize that
life has been so beautifully designed, we live in peace.
life is sorrowful, and in accepting that fact is peace. Joy, real joy
comes from acceptance and gratitude that one to live in the moment. Not
in the future, not in the past, but live and be conscious of the eternal
Now, and be grateful for the many small blessings, pleasures as they
occur. Some people have very painful journeys through life, others do
not. I do know from personal experience the higher my gratitude level,
the more pain falls away. Past and current experiences change, because
my attitude about them changes when I pass them through the magic mirror
of gratitude.
Mary Magdalene points to Jesus. She is queen of heaven, mother of all
the living, the female side of God who claims all women, all females
partake in the queenship but what crowns her, is Jesus'intimate love for
her. That in her heart is what makes her queen of Heaven. But He is the
founder of Christianity and all its diverse branches, He is the Master
teacher who was despised by some of his disciples for teaching women. He
is the One who went to the Cross, and it is Jesus who will Return once
more. For His teachings alone reveal He will restore the world back to
Paradise, His teachings reveal his ability and desire to heal the
wounded heart of the world, His teachings alone teach how to have a
relationship with the Living, active God. His teachings alone provide
each believer with the awesome love and guidance of the Holy Spirit,
If we choose to live in Christ we partake of Christ If we partake of
Christ we also partake of our Lords suffering and prayer for all
creation. In various services, prayers, and sufferings we share in
Christ’s burden of compassion. All false motives must fall away, burned
up in the sacrificial fire. We must be seasoned with salt. We must taste
to the degree of which we are capable, what the Saints have experienced
throughout the ages. The way is found through pain of heart and tears of
repentance. According to your yearning and your striving, you will
enter; you will taste the fruits of Paradise even in this life, and
Christ and Mary will fill your sufferings with their own loving
presence. Then you will know the joy of the Resurrection, for you will
have experienced a resurrection in your own soul. You will find a new
being on the inside, and you will find the Kingdom of Heaven within you.
Through the Sacraments, the Scripture, and the spiritual discipline of
your life's path as a seeker of God, you will find the 'Door to
Paradise'. And then, in your own heart, your own inward being, you will
find Paradise itself. You will find what true prayer is, and you will
find Him who has been calling you all your life; Christ, the Bridegroom
of your soul. We all passionately long for a soulful connection that
will grow over time and survive the life changes we all go through. We
want company in our lives. In our joys and in our sorrows, we long for
the one who knows us compeletly and cares about us deeply. All of this
love and more is truly and freely avalible in God.
Finally, the Spirit who comes in us is the One who achieved in Mary the
Work of the Incarnation. There is a similarity between the coming of the
Word at the time of the Incarnation and the coming of the Spirit
intended to make us adoptive sons and daughters of God.
A life without heart is not worth living, for to lose your heart is to
lose everything.
To those who have trusted in Mary and have called upon her as Mediatrix
it is clear that it is with the help of Mary that the Spirit comes in
us: Mary is there in us to help us in this marvelous task of
regeneration through the Spirit! It is as if Mary, then, gives us birth
into the divine life in Jesus Christ, through the Holy Spirit.
When the Holy Spirit comes She brings us into union with the Lord Jesus.
"If this man were a prophet he would know who this woman was."
Love is the heart of wisdom! She is the Heart of Wisdom! "Mary hath
chosen the better part, which shall not be taken away from her."She is
Divine since she is universal, and we personify Her with the title Hagia
Sophia or "Holy Wisdom" and find her hidden in the symbols of Christ's
Church and clothed in the beauty of children's stories.
ary,
Mary and Mary, stood at the foot of the cross. When the Roman soldier
pierced the side of Jesus, he smote the heart of Mary. Greater love has
no woman, than She who stood at the foot of the cross to share in Her
own way, in the redemption of the world. This is true for each of the
Marys who stood there. With Her wholly agonized soul She offered up Her
Beloved to God for the salvation of humanity. By being the very
embodiement of Wisdom and the Holy Spirit it is Mary who gives Jesus to
the world. This abundant and divine life the Savior brings is bestowed
upon us through Mary; and devotion to Our elect lady is one of the
surest signs of predestination. Our Lady is She who bestows the graces
the Savior merited for us by his precious blood.
God is love. Christ is love. Mary is love. Basic to the Christian
message is the affirmation that God is a living, loving God. In God’s
unique love for each one of us, Divine Life and Divine Love are
communicated to us through God’s Holy Spirit. Mary most pure, in her
open willingness and joy of receiving into her person the Holy Spirit,
conceived by faith in the power of the Highest, and the Word became
Incarnate.
We have all been called by God to a marriage in the coming kingdom. It
is time for this truth to be shouted from the housetops. I for one, will
do so. I will also pray for the universal and direct spiritual contact
of mankind with God foretold by the prophet Joel and affirmed by the
apostle Peter, saying
I will pour forth of my spirit upon all mankind; and your sons and your
daughters shall prophesy, and your young men will see visions, and your
old men will dream dreams; Even upon my bondslaves, both men and women, I
will in those days pour forth my spirit, and they will prophesy.
This vision is addressed to people of all faiths and no particular
faith. It is an invitation to participate in a process that involves;
self awareness and reflection, love and right action in the here and
now, and a direct intuitive experience of the Creator. Man has the
power, not to substitute an imaginary world for the real one, but to
find a new knowledge of reality. Its a wonderful life! Its a wonderful
world! Miracles do happen! The miraculous does exist; those who do not
see this , have simply not looked. Indeed, we forget that nature itself
is one vast miracle. From the miracle of our own children's birth to the
everyday mysteries, such as a bumble bees flight or a lightning flash,
her majesty is beyond words. With eyes of wonder and a heart courageous
enough to venture to a new land. The individual is indeed transformed.
This person is indeed a new creation. And the revelation of God, which
might otherwise have seemed a fiction, is clearly a fact; a vision of
reality. Paradise. There is a hero in all of us that keeps us honest,
gives us strength, makes us noble and finally allows us to die with
pride. Even though sometimes we have to be steady and give up the thing
we want the most, even our dreams. Jesus and Mary did that for all of
us.
It was Jesus Christ performing the sacrificial vow of absolute
compassion and unconditional love that tore the veil within the temple
in two; and this is the sign of reconciliation. Central to the
Incarnation is the cross of Christ. Jesus Christ came so that all might
have redemption though his words, life, death, and resurrection. In the
mystery and meaning of the Incarnation, both the cross of Christ, and
the joy of the Holy Spirit’s communion with God, become one. Through the
Passion of the cross is the gateway to Paradise. Our transformation into
the image of Christ involves like images, accomplishing the
transformation of the inner man. Often love has to wait in pain and
tears for the blessing of fuller communion. Yet when the blessing comes,
it comes with the glory of God. In this the Holy Spirit pours out
abundant grace; becoming both the source and the reflection of our
charity. As Christian we are called to renew our minds by putting on
Christ. In this, we must enter into a relationship with ‘the way. the
truth, and the life’, that touches the core of our being; not just our
intellect, not just emotions or good sentiments. We come to the sure
conviction that the Lord Jesus Christ is the symbol of hope beyond all
hope, of faith without faltering, of charity, to the pouring out of his
own life. The Lord Jesus Christ is the victory of the resurrection.
Everyone who experiences God's love, desires it for a lifetime and
beyond. In Christ our lives become transformed through grace. This grace
is shed abroad in our hearts through the providence of the Holy Spirit.
Where there is light, there is love. Love is like a
candle in the darkness that lights your way. Love is the healing balm
that comforts the heart, soothes the soul and frees the spirit to fly
beyond unimaginable horizons. Love makes everything endurable. Love is
the only real power and it can heal all suffering and transform any
situation. Love has never ending patience, love is always the answer.
When the heart is heavy or troubled, it is because you have forgotten
and disconnected from love. To be in the light, is to be in love, to
always be aligned with love brings great joy. Open yourself up to the
light of love, listen with your heart and let your heart speak. Open
every chamber of the heart, even those that have been closed for a long
time. Clear all barriers to love and remember that you came here to
experience love, to give love, to understand love and to fall in love
with life.
Love is universal and it is not to be reserved just for a few people who
are dear and close to you. Love is such a powerful, transformative force
that it does not want to be restricted in any way. Love asks you to stay
open and to allow it to flow freely through you. Let love be free to
inspire and elevate your every thought, word and action.
Look through the eyes of love and your whole world will be transformed,
you will see everything differently, as if you have been reborn. When
you discover what it means to love, life becomes so beautiful,
spontaneity blooms at every instant and you tread a path that is filled
with splendour and countless manifestations.
Love gives nothing but itself and asks nothing in return, it simply is.
When you come to know love, then you know who you are. Contemplate on
love and meditate on love, this is the greatest work you can do, both
for yourself and for the world.
Poetry, beauty, mystery are of the heart;
It is in our heart that we hear the voice of God.
We cannot hear the voice of God if we are not in touch with our hearts.
Yet, if we will listen a Sacred Romance calls to us through our heart
every moment.
Each of us has a part in a great cosmic love affair;
A romance that God has been telling since before the foundation of the
world.
Embrace it as the most important thing in your life.
For Love and Wisdom are to be wedded,
the heavens will rejoice,
We shall all yet partake of the tree of life
and all shall be very well indeed...

"When the day of Pentecost was fully come ... they were all filled with
the Holy Spirit." Acts 2:1, 4.
